The Basement Tour was designed for University Campuses

This is a tour that reviews the works of Charles Stepney, often referred to as the Secret Talent.  Charles is considered one the most accomplished contributors to modern music in this century.  While his name has gone unnoticed, his works haven't.  This tour will consist of interviews, unreleased music.  We'll show music comparisons from conception in his basement to the finished product.  The education will analyze arrangement style, use of counterpoint, sound and classical baroque within his music.
